Stress has become a risk management issue in the corporate marketplace with a total of 140 million days lost to sickness in the UK alone, organisations are now seeing the need to invest in their senior leaders.

Senior leaders are putting in a minimum of 240 hours per month and like any peak performer they need to be able to recover and reflect to be able to fully tap into their potential consistently.

Our recommended approach is to use a number of diagnostic measurements in the initial phase of the coaching programme to create a deeper level of Awareness around the patterns of behaviour that the individual is currently running.

All subsequent sessions are focused on where the individual needs to develop to build and broaden their leadership fingerprint, whether that be on their team or the rest of the organisation.
